The dispute between the Chairman of Georgian Photographers Association, Kakha Pkhakadze and “Marigold” company will be discussed by the court. 

Pkhakadze accuses the “Marigold” company in usage of his photos without permission.  Consequently “Marigold” is sued in the court in purpose of reimbursement of the damages in favor of Kakha Pkhakadze.

The court decision will be announced soon.
