On the 27^th of April, 2016, at 5PM, within the frames of the International Intellectual Property Day, the representatives of the Georgian Copyright Association will host the public meeting with the topic - Copyright and Neighboring Rights in Georgia! 

 The meeting will be held at the Saakashvili Presidential Library (address: 10 Giorgi Saakadze Descent, Tbilisi)

 The purpose of the meeting is the increase of public awareness on copyright and neighboring rights and active involvement of professional society in this field.

 The issues discussed at the meeting are as follows:

• International and National legislation on Copyright and Neighboring Rights;
• Collective management of copyright and neighboring rights (history, development);
• Activities of Georgian Copyright Association;
• Current situation and challenges within the copyright and neighboring rights’ protection field.

 Eligibility: Students of Georgian highest educational establishments are eligible to attend the meeting
